Shafer Facility solutions llc is looking for 1 to 2 part time team members for some.accounts in Shelby, Gastonia and Belmont.

With 2 people it will be 14 to 15 hours for each person Monday to Saturday work.

For one person it is 28 to 30 hours per a week. Monday to Friday is in the evening

Saturday work is performed in the morning.

starting pay depends on experience.

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained to a high standard
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Cleaning Technician is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle basic maintenance equipment and machinery
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, lift, and perform cleaning duties for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
